SalesforceのAIエージェント活用に「必須のスキル」、開発力だけでは「不十分」なワケ 自律的に業務をこなし、ビジネスにおける人手不足や省力化に大きく貢献することが期待されている「AIエージェント」。CRM（顧客関係管理）ツールのSalesforceにも、2024年10月にAIエージェント「Agentforce」が搭載され、注目を集めた。Agentforceを効果的に活用する人材を、セールスフォースは「Agentbrazer」として定義付けているが、具体的にはどんな人材を指すのだろうか。Agentforceを活用するために必要となるスキルやマインドセットについて、「Salesforce MVP」で殿堂入りの実績を持つNTTテクノクロスの鈴木貞弘氏が解説する。
